Using this method, the reader can recite the Quran in the Classical Arabic language. As the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) got it from Jibreel (peace be upon him), who in turn received it from Almighty Allah (peace be upon him).

Each letter in Arabic has a Makhraj (a point of departure or articulation) and a Sifaat (attributes or characteristics). Tajweed necessitates familiarity with the Makhraj and Sifaat of each letter.
