Below, you’ll find seven positive changes you can make in your life that will yield big rewards. A few tips can help mens health for better lifestyle.
1. Get your weight under control:
Being healthy is about living a lifestyle that promotes good eating habits and exercise. For many men, it’s also about feeling confident and looking good. While there are many reasons to be healthy – like less illness, reduced stress, and an enhanced sex life – you need to feel comfortable with the activity choices you make in order to stick with them.
2.Eat natural foods:
Your friends, family, and doctor have good reason to tell you to eat healthy. After all, men’s health is about so much more than just your physical health — it’s about your emotional well-being, productivity, and even your sex life. And the best way to support all of these areas is through a healthy diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables, lean meats, and whole grains — plus limiting unhealthy substances like sugar or excess sodium.
3.Protect your skin:

5.Impact of Smoking on Male Infertility
While smoking has proven to impact semen quality, compromised sperm doesn’t always equate to infertility. Men who are on the borderline of infertility can improve their semen quality when they quit smoking. After you quit smoking your sperm quality will improve. Also, research has shown that men who are smokers are less likely to conceive than men who don’t smoke. When you quit smoking your chances of conceiving increase.
6.Sleep:
Getting adequate sleep is important for your body’s overall health. Shoot for seven to eight hours of sleep every night to give your body time to rest, rejuvenate and repair itself.
7.Testosterone therapy:
Talk to your doctor about whether testosterone therapy is appropriate for you. It can help treat symptoms of low testosterone and improve sexual function, but it can also increase the risk of heart disease and prostate cancer.
8.Prostate screening:
The American Cancer Society recommends that men ages 45-54 talk to their doctors about testing for prostate cancer, those age 55 and older should talk to their doctors about testing every year, and African American men should start at age 40. This is a controversial topic — some doctors recommend screening as early as age 40, while others say it’s not necessary until 55 or even 65. Ask your doctor what he or she recommends based on your health history and family history.
9.Nutrition:
Maintaining a healthy diet will go a long way toward improving your overall health and well-being. In addition, eating foods that are rich in antioxidants such as vegetables, fruits and whole grains can help reduce the risk of heart disease and certain cancers.
10.Exercise:
Regular exercise helps both physical and mental.
