MTNL is a state-owned telecommunications service provider known as Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited, which has established its own units of MTNL Mumbai and MTNL Delhi. MTNL Landline Plans- Freedom 1995 – Freedom 1995 Plan offers unlimited free calls to MTNL Delhi (Delhi) and Mumbai (Mumbai) networks (mobile and landline). It comes at a monthly fare of Rs.1995 and 2000 free calls to other N/W in Delhi. If usage exceeds the limit of free calls, the charge will be 70 paise per minute.
